East End Quality Cleaners offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Suffolk County, NY, including but not limited to regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialty cleaning services. 2. Booking and Scheduling
All cleaning appointments must be booked through our website, by phone, or through any authorized platform we offer. By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information, including your address, contact details, and service preferences. Appointments will be confirmed via email or phone, and we ask that you allow a 2-hour window for any scheduled cleaning.
3. Payment
Payment for cleaning services is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include [credit cards, checks, and in-person payments]. All fees for services are as specified on our website or during the booking process. Prices may be subject to change, but any price change will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled appointment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to ensure that your property is accessible to our staff at the time of service. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, any necessary keys or access codes are provided, and the area to be cleaned is safe. Our cleaners are not responsible for any items left out of sight or in unsafe conditions.
6. Liability
East End Quality Cleaners is fully insured for general liability. We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, accidents, or misuse of your property. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during cleaning, we will take reasonable steps to repair or replace the affected property. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will re-clean the areas of concern free of charge.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide to East End Quality Cleaners is used solely for business purposes, including service fulfillment, billing, and communication. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or to process payments.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of East End Quality Cleaners or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
10. Force Majeure
